Experimental study on strength of concrete by using
Metakaolin
Shashikant Dewangan, Nidhi Gupta
Abstract-Concrete is that pourable mix of cement,
water, sand, and gravel that hardens into a superstrong
building material. Supplementary cementing
materials (SCM) have become an integral part of
concrete mix design. These may be naturally
occurring materials, industrial wastes or, by products
or the ones requiring less energy to manufacture.
Some of the commonly used SCM are fly ash; silica
fume (SF), GGBS, rice husk ash and metakaolin
(MK), etc. metakaolin is obtained by the calcination
of kaolinite. It is being used very commonly as
pozzolanic material and has exhibited considerable
influence in enhancing the mechanical and durability
properties of concrete. In this paper, experimental
study was carried out on M 50 grade of concrete. In
this concrete cement was replaced by metakolin. In
various percentages such as 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25% concrete specimens containing metakaolin were
studied for their compressive strength.

Performance on split tensile strength of concrete
with partial replacement of cement by ground
granulated blast furnace and sand by quarry dust
Yogesh Soni, Nidhi Gupta
Abstract-Concrete is the most widely used
construction material in civil engineering industry
because of its high structural strength and stability.
Cement and sand is a major constituent material of
the concrete which produced by natural raw material
like lime and silica and natural sand respectively.
Once situation may occurs there will be no lime on
earth production of cement also natural sand. This
situation leads to think all people working in
construction industry to do research work on cement
replacing material and natural sand for use of it. The
construction industry is constantly looking for
supplementary cement and natural sand material
with the objective of reducing the solid waste disposal
problem. Ground granulated blast furnace slag
(GGBS), quarry sand are the solid wastes generated
by Industry. To overcome from this crisis, partial
replacement of Cement with GGBS, natural sand
with quarry sand (QS) can be an economic
Alternative. The cubes are tested for compressive
strengths. Ordinary Portland cement was partially
replaced by by GGBS 0%, 30%, 40%, 50% and
natural sand replacement by QS 0%, 40%, 50%,
60%.

A New Multilayer STFC Encoder for Fading Free
MIMO Communication
Ankit Soni, Prof. Rajender Singh Yadav
Abstract-In this paper, we propose a multilayered
space-frequency block coded OFDM system, which is a
combination of the vertical layered space-time
architecture, known as V-BLAST, and the spacefrequency
block coded OFDM system. This system is
designed to provide reliable as well as very high data
rate communications over frequency-selective fading
channels with low decoding complexity. Orthogonal
Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is used to
transform the frequency-selective fading channel into
multiple flat fading sub-channels. Using four transmit
and receive antennas at a data rate of 4 Bits/Sec/Hz, we
achieve a diversity gain of about 4.5 dB over the
conventional layered space-frequency coded OFDM
structures (VBLAST-OFDM) at a bit error rate of 10-3.

A unique mixer of Wavelet Transform and Ramez
Exchange Algorithm for Hearing filters
Shivani Tiwari, Rakesh Patel, Shobhit Verma
Abstract-Filters became important when noise in
signals causes loss of actual information. Many filters
have been developed and still improving. Paper
presents an audio enhancement system that aims to
recover common audio signal from received noisy audio
signal after long communication. We do so in the
context where each received is uniquely corrupted. To
this end, we propose a method of DWT remez exchange
to analyses on synchronized inputs. In the proposed
model, some of the parameters are fixed. Our model
also allows for prior knowledge about the parameters of
the model, A highly optimized core discrete Remez part
of the Parks-McClellan (PM) filter along with wavelet
type sym6 filter been proposed in the paper. As
available PM and Wavelet filters are already an
achievement and works quite good but some time we
requires to have filter highly resolution filters which
have high SNR, low BER and very low MSE for any
input signal.

Techniques used for Brain Tumor
Priyanka, Rajender Kumar
Abstract-In this paper, a review of brain tumor, its types and
clustering techniques used for detection and segmentation of brain
tumor is presented. Brain Tumor is an abnormal tissue that grows
rapidly in an uncontrolled manner whereas normal cells grow in a
controlled manner as new one cells replace old or damaged cells.
Tumour cells are reproduced uncontrollably. There are various types
of brain tumor and clustering techniques which can be used for
detection and segmentation of brain tumor. In this paper, we are
reviewing brain tumor its types and symptoms and also five important
clustering techniques. A brief comparision between these clustering,
techniques is also presented.

Anonymous Authentication of Cloud Data with
Decentralized Access
G.Durga Veni, Akella Subhadra
Abstract-Cloud Computing is the emerging technology
where we can get platform as a service, software as a
service and infrastructure as a service. When it comes
to storage as a service, data privacy and data utilization
are the primary issues to be deal with. Security and
privacy are very important issues in cloud computing.
Distributed access controls of data stored in cloud so
that only official users with suitable attributes can
access them.Users are genuine who store and modify
their data on the cloud. The identity of the client is
protected from the cloud during authentication. The
construction is decentralized, meaning that there can be
several KDCs for key management. Revoked users
cannot access data after they have been revoked. The
proposed scheme is resilient to replay attacks. The
protocol supports multiple read and writes on the data
stored in the cloud. It proposing privacy preserving
authenticated access control scheme. According to the
scheme a user can create a file and store it securely in
the cloud. The cloud verifies the authenticity of the user
without knowing the user’s identity before storing data.
The scheme also has the added feature of access control
in which only valid users are able to decrypt the stored
information. The scheme prevents replay attacks and
supports creation, modification, and reading data
stored in the cloud. The work proposes a new
decentralized access control scheme for secure data
storage in clouds, which supports anonymous
authentication .Moreover, our authentication and
access control scheme is decentralized and robust,
unlike other access control schemes designed for clouds
which are centralized.

eukaryotic expression vector
Usha Tiwari, Nitin Sharma, Pragya Pandey and Manoj Kalakoti
Abstract-In the present study the recombinant plasmid
transfected HeLa cells expressed protein which was confirmed
by immune-peroxidase test, SDS-PAGE and western blotting.
The cells were found to express the protein with development of
purple color precipitate in Immuno-peroxidase test. Intense
purple coloration of cells was observed in HeLa cells
transfected with recombinant plasmid. The vector alone and
untransfected healthy cells failed to show any coloration
confirmed no expression of proteins. By SDS-PAGE and
western blotting, the expressed immunoglobulin (38 kDa) was
confirmed. The in vivo immunological response was studied in
rabbit.

Improvement of Power Quality Using New Control
Algorithm Based Dynamic Voltage Restorer
Kottam Niranjan, Arja Madhusudana Rao, S. Laxmi prasanna
Abstract- The problem of voltage sags and swells and its
major impact on sensitive loads are well known. To solve
this problem, custom power devices are used. One of those
devices is the Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR), which is
one of the most efficient and effective modern custom
power devices used in power distribution networks. A new
control algorithm for the DVR is proposed in this paper to
regulate the load terminal voltage during sag, swell in the
voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC). This new
control algorithm is based on synchronous reference
frame theory (SRF) along with PI controller is used for the
generation of reference voltages for a dynamic voltage
restorer (DVR). These voltages, when injected in series
with a distribution feeder by a voltage source inverter
(VSI) with PWM control, can regulate the voltage at the
load terminals against any power quality problem in the
source side. It first analyzes the power circuit of the
system in order to come up with appropriate control
limitations and control targets for the compensation
voltage control through the DVR. The control of the DVR
is implemented through derived reference load terminal
voltages. The proposed control scheme is simple to design.
Simulation results carried out by MATLAB with its
Simulink and Sim Power System (SPS) toolboxes to verify
the performance of the proposed method.

Single phase transformer less inverter with ac-coupled
inductors to improve the efficiency and reliability of Grid
connected PV systems
Parijatha.Arkapalli, T.Santhosh kumar, V.Vijaya Bhaskar
Abstract-The pv systems are designed with transformer for
safety purpose with galvanic isolation. However, the
transformer is big, heavy and expensive. Also, it reduces the
overall frequency of the conversion stage. Generally PV
inverter with transformer is having efficiency around 92%–
94% only. To overcome these problems, transformer less
PV system is introduced. It is smaller, lighter, cheaper and
higher in efficiency. However, dangerous leakage current
will flow between PV array and the grid due to the stray
capacitance. There are different types of configurations
available for transformer less inverters like H5, H6, HERIC,
oH5, and Dual paralleled buck inverter.
